Research Evaluation
Research is evaluated by a specialized scientific body according to the research specialization by a referee committee formed by the journal's management, and the researcher is notified of the evaluation result. If the referees recommend making amendments to the research, the researcher must complete the required amendments within a period not exceeding one month to complete the publication procedures.
Arbitration Rules
- Research is reviewed by two of the journal's referees, whether Egyptian or foreign, without knowing the names of the researchers and the recommendation for publication is as follows:
- The research is published as is without modification.
- The research is published after making the amendments.
- The research is rejected and not suitable for publication.
- If one of the referees rejects the research, the research is sent to a third referee.
- The referee must express his opinion honestly and without any bias to any party.
- The scientific research is arbitrated in absolute secrecy to prevent tampering with and theft of scientific research.
- The referee must submit his comments, opinions, criticisms, and instructions.
- The referee must indicate the paragraphs that the researcher plagiarized, and he must attach the original reference with them.
- In the event of a conflict between the opinions of the referees on the suitability of the article for publication, a third referee is consulted to decide on this matter.
- The research arbitration process is carried out in a secret (blind) manner under the supervision of the editor-in-chief or his representative.
- If the research is accepted for publication, the researcher is notified of the acceptance of publication by e-mail.
- If the research requires a simple amendment, the researcher is obliged to resubmit the amended research within one week of receiving the amendment notes. If there is a delay from him, the publication of the research will be postponed to the next issue. However, if the amendment is radical, the researcher will send it after 15 days of sending the notes to him.
- Published research is not returned to its owners, and the journal retains all rights to publish. Written permission must be obtained before republishing any material published in it.
- Research is published in order of acceptance for publication.
- Research that is not accepted for publication is returned to its owners.
- The articles published in the journal do not express anything but the opinions of their authors and do not necessarily express the opinions of the journal.
